He graduated from Douglas County High School and went on to receive his degree in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Matthew has lived in Douglas, Denver, and Weld counties. Prior to his extensive career in real estate, he owned a highway construction firm where he negotiated multi-million-dollar contracts and managed 400 individuals.
